Unveiling Dr. Myisha
With 20+ years of experience in the mental health and education sectors, I have maintained a commitment to actualizing employee well-being and developing healthy organizational systems and culture through Embodied Critical Analysis™.
Leading macro-level organizational change, I seek to connect theory to practice through transformative coaching and strategic initiatives. My commitment to social justice is guided by a holistic approach to liberation. As a licensed mental health counselor and trauma specialist, my clinical practice is enhanced through expressive arts, sensorimotor techniques, and mind-body practice.

MY JOURNEY
Over the last two decades working in non-profits and educational systems, I noticed patterns I couldn’t ignore.
Well-being is complex and multi-layered. Stress and burnout aren’t caused by just one single issue - they’re a tangled combination of systemic and interpersonal dysfunction.
Digging deeper, I not only observed and engaged with my own experience but also the experiences of my colleagues.
Many of them found solace on my proverbial (and oftentimes literal) couch, sharing their stories - sometimes filled with anger, sadness, and tears.

HEALER X ADVOCATE X ARTIST |
My colleagues often described their experiences with supervisors as traumatic – like abusive relationships.
Without the proper resources, role clarity, or coaching and development, they explained that they didn’t feel set up for success.
They couldn’t thrive at work with the ways their professional and personal well-being were affected.
While it was difficult for all, it was all the more magnified for some. Having a marginalized identity only complicated things further.

These trends, along with my curiosity and desire to help build healthier workplaces, led me to root cause analysis through doctoral research and further development of a solution.
Here, my two proprietary approaches,
the Intersectional Stages of Change Framework™ (ISCF) and Embodied Critical Analysis™
were born.
A way to explore and develop systems and culture at work - sustainably - through liberatory points of view.
Intersectional Stages of Change Framework™ (ISCF)
An eclectic, whole-person approach to greater employee well-being and leader evolution.
Embodied Critical Analysis™
Using my extensive knowledge and eclectic background in the arts with social justice advocacy, I now drive holistic organizational healing through liberating change.

Or, What Makes Change Stick
Balanced Focus on Healthy Organizational Systems & Culture
Most organizations focus on their systems or employees, so they struggle with real progress.
I get to the root cause of both dysfunctional systems and interpersonal dynamics, integrating a functional solution across the entire workplace, not just one or the other.
The result? Thriving systems and people.
